Delete your account & data

Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

1. Open Calxo
2. Go to Profile → Account
3. Tap Delete account and confirm

This immediately and permanently deletes your account and all associated data: food logs, weight and body measurements, water and fasting history, coach conversations, meal photos, settings, and analytics records.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you've already uninstalled the app or can't access it, email us from any address:

muneebrafishakoor@gmail.com — subject "Account deletion request".

Include the email linked to your account (if you created one) or any details that help us locate it. We will delete the account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

Everything: your profile, food entries, nutrition goals, weight/measurement logs, water and fasting history, AI coach messages, saved meals and recipes, meal photos in storage, notification settings, and usage records. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Subscription billing (if any) is managed by Apple/Google — cancel in your store account settings; deleting the app account does not charge or refund anything.
